Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
complainant lodge the fir for robbery that ha had business relation with the accused and he snatched my tanker on force of weapon along with his son .both accuse arrested , now what are the ground for bail application and kindly some ruling/citation may also be marked.

Interim Bail may be granted on many grounds but the offense is very serious and may be the Weapon is without license???
