if a complaint filed in the court by false signature, what can happen.

In my opinion, that should not make any difference if the person making complaint with such signature confirms and exhibit the complaint during his evidence. In Criminal Procedure Code, a complaint could be initiated by any one who has the knowledge of offence having been committed, whether himself/herself victimized or not.
