Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in complaint of forgery ,can attorney holder depose in court on oath, on behalf of complainant? is there any such provision under cr.p.c?plz help me with any case law

1) Yes. If the attorney holder is a witness or involved in the forged transaction.
2) Consult the lawyer appearing on ur behalf who knows how to deal and explain u better in detail based on facts and proceedings of the case is his prime duty paid for it.
