Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
What happens when a complaint is lodged with one set of facts of the case IN this case in 1st week of April ,2016 then in the 2nd Week of june an FIR is registered after obtaining my documents hiding not only the complaints but my earlier police complaint and a civil suits pending in the same matter.
The new story of facts is totally different now stayed by the high court.
and the earlier complaint has gone missing as though it never existed.
