what is complete section 102 Cr.p.c. and if police wants seized the bank account what is complete procedure ? firstly F.I.R Lodged then police ko magistrate ki permission ki zarurat hai but my question is kya magistrate police ko bank account freezed or sealed ke liye permission easily de dega ya pehle accused / jiska account freezed hona hai usko notice karega , argument hogi then sealed hoga ya directly police ki request par account sealed ki permission grant ho jayegi ? please I request to senior advocates please section 102 me bank account sealed par apni complete and detailed me guidance dijiye

Police has ample powers and need not seek the Magistrate's permission. However the IO has to report the seizure to the Magistrate. Read 1999(7)SCC 685. The police can seize the Bank Account during the course of investigation and the question of the magistrate giving notice to the accused does not arise at all.
