Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
in continuation of my previous question ("what is the procedure of getting arrest warrant for the accused from court. if police is not arresting the accused and bringing them to court and rather wasting time, can we request court to issue an arrest warrant instead of direction of arrest")
my case is in initial stages. I lodged fir under section 392 in august 2013 but till police/io has not arrested the accused. he is favouring the accused even after handing over strong evidences against the accused so I want to get help from court to bring the accused before court. for this I need to know regarding issuance of arrest warrant.
