Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Corporate rivalship turns to Cases.

My brother works in glamour industry , and rised a lot in business and was being in rivalship with Other companies and also some administrator services. As he was about to Change things , suddenly two girls (models) charged cases on him. 1st girl charged 354 and 506 over him complaining like he forced and threatened her for talking to her. He immediately got arrested and Nothing was cross examined by police that how much That girl was involved in that Convo. then as he got bail in 354 and 506, another girl Came and filed 376 IPC over him saying that a month ago from the complaint , he raped her as to give him work in industry and she didn't reported that thing and Now she wants to report it, however my brother showed all proofs to Police that same girl was on trip with him just 5 days ago of complaint and how she can say she Was raped 1 month ago. But police didn't listened anything and he was arrested, medical report came after 2 months and atlast brother got bail after 5 months. my questions are :

1) Is my brother having no options rather then sitting and waiting when he will get these things sorted , as all his business was ended by rumours over that case?

2) What about those policemen who ignores the proofs in favour of him , how can we tackle them?

3) People say just if girl say In the court that the guy raped her , that is enough , no medical report , no other witnesses are counted - is it true??

4) He lost all his money in all these things , what he can do about those girls as no such law is their??

5) In 354 IPC case , no other witness is their rather then the first girl and police, whats that , if she just says lie , what's in my brother's favour , because police only follows their challan??

please Describe anyone what is all this in details .

regards
