Can you go for some other countries after getting discharged from the court under FIR section 188

In fact if you are cleared in a case and not in a list of ECL than there is no issue so far home country is concerned , but it is the country you wish to visit , who usually ask that have you ever been involved in a case in preceding 6 month or a year etc. That entirely depends on them how they take it.
