Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if court issue non bailable warrant against me in sections 420/406 and anticipatory bail also dismissed from high court and supreme court , but my quashing petition is still pending for final order (after arguments) i believe f.i.r will quashed but
is non bailable warrants bad effect on my quashing petition or not ?
is only on non bailable warrant ground high court dismiss my quashing petition or not ?
