Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Court has issued notice for the cheaque bounce case to the accused but he returned the notice and told that he is out of country. If he not received a notice next time also does the court proceeding remains zero

New summon will arrive. If u don't take it, warrant will be issued and after that non bailable warrant will be issued. Ultimately, you need to fight the case.

if he is out of country then notice has to be served to him in the country where he is residing.
