Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Court ordered Police to investigate under 156(3).

Police have not started investigation.

I have submitted a written application to the ACP to know the status of my investigation.

No reply by police.

I am filing an application in the court asking the court to ask the police to speed up? or monitor the investigation?

What should be the main contents of this application and any case law?
