Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My cousin(18+) was forcefully taken for marriage, she was forced to sign the marriage registration papers(affidavits etc). She tried her best to get out of it, but she was threatened to kill. The girl signed the papers but (not in the way she does). The accused was not 21 at that time, the registrar didn't accept the application & reject it.

The advocate then played a trick & prepared papers of maintenance (CrPc Sec 125) and said "Pehle mandir mein shadi karwado"Then we'll prove the marriage. The marriage was performed in temple (no saat phere performed).(not any certificate was given).

The advocate then said to the accused party that you have to be present in the court after 30 days, but the girl managed to escape from there & came back to her home.

Now please advice (carefully & genuinely) that does that marriage valid? What should be done to get confirmed that the marriage is invalid? PLEASE HELP.

Note: The girl was just wanted to remain at her home(with parents) & had never never consented for marriage.
