Legal Question in Criminal Law in United States

I have a cpo/restraining order against me by my wife. While in family court for divorce my girlfriend on her own drove by my house where wife resides temporary to take pictures of fire damage and conditions of property showing wife failed to honor upkeep of such property agreed upon by mediation. Wife was not there. Girl friend took pictures from the public street. Am I in violation of the order. Wife reported that to law enforcement. Daughter was home but unfamiliar with girlfriend.

Probably not, but it depends on what the order said and on precisely what happened. Even if you didn't violate the order, if it looks as if you did then the authorities may think you violated it. You should meet with a lawyer if you can to review the order and discuss your situation.

Good luck.
