actually i had credit card from some bank back 5 years back 3 yaers i had paid them the money and returned them the card what exactly they ask after there was no statement of acount no calls no calls i thought it was over but suddenly they bounced my security cheque and they filled the case now it has gone to public prosecution and sentenced but i dont what exactly .

Always it is safe to get a No dues letter from the Bank and retain the same while closing the Loan Accounts or clearing the Credit Card debts. In your case do you have any such Documentary proof of the same. Atleast whether you have proof of returning the Card. If the Bank has filed Police Complaint beware of falling into the hands of the Police or Bank officials.
In your case, the matter has to be dealt with the Bank Officials concerned and after settling the issue with them, thereafter a Letter from them wherein they mention that they are withdrawing the Complaint has to be obtained and produced before the Public Prosecutor and you should get the Complaint closed and further it should be ensured that it is deleted from the system network. Be sure not to make the officials concerned aware of your whereabouts while dealing with this matter and it would be prudent to entrust this matter to a Professional.
