The criminal law in India very strict on corruption. That is why several senior officials have suffered prosecution. The recent example is arrest of close relative of the Railway Minister. There is no tolerance for corruption in Indian legal and Judicial system.

Very strict on corruption. Mr sudershan explained well. but for corruption case you have to procure proofs very carefully.
