Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My Dad, is not allow me to take the laptop with me. He say that the EMI is going by his name, So if i take laptop then he make a case on me 379 IPC ??
So, I want to know that what should i do now..?? Please suggest me...

You cannot take away some one's property without his permission. Your dad is right in restraining you. You better follow his instructions or satisfy / persuade him about your need / action.

Mr. sudershan is right, it is better to accept guidance of parents, else they may file case to take property.
