Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

This dates back to 2009,while working for a big company as HOD,i hired a admin. assistant in the team. Every thing was going fine till one day i realized that i was trapped by this girl,junior to me by 20 years,and got in to a love relationship with her.( Off course now in 2013 when i finally said thanks to this relationship i realize that it was a planned exercise by the smart girl and i was a fool who fell in the trap.)

This lady gradually took over my life and there was nothing happening in my life from 2009 to 2013.

During the period i was a assigned to go to a different city for company,s work and this girl came there to stay with me for 10 days.It was here that we went physical.

As the relation ship grew i discovered that she got married at the age of 21 and have a girl child which she conceived at the age of 21 years of age only and later left her husband and filed a case for dowry n divorce.

She in the meanwhile kept doing low paid clerical jobs as her father was a driver in govt deptt.( This fact she hid from me during the interview when was asked about the family background.)

Another fact that she was running 2 parallel relation ship one with me and another with one more gentleman,when i discovered this she said sorry and terminated the relationship with the gentleman and continued with me.

SO I WAS THE 3RD PERSON WITH WHOM SHE HAD RELATIONSHIP.

The matter did not end here,by now as time flew ,it was understood that she was with me for 3 reasons,money,sex,and good life and favors.

Every time she during the conversation threaten me to inform all details to my family and starting interfering with my family affairs.

When i changed my job,as i understood her intentions,she forced and came and starting staying with me as my wife along with her kid.

During the entire period of relationship she was constantly asking me for money which i gave.

I bought and gave her all household items thru cash purchase like geyser / gas / kitchen /mattress / tata sky etc etc ,not satisfied with this she constantly was asking for money each month,which luckily,i did bank transfer.

Then after staying with me for a year as i said she got fed up and went back to her city and hired a separate accommodation ( though her parents were also in the same city she use to stay alone ) and was bearing the cost of this stay also.

When i decided to not to send her the money ( which i told her )in 2013 she started avoiding me ,yet kept asking for money on some emergency or the other.

Most interesting she started yet another relationship and decided to marry this guy.( 4th person in life ).

Now can i :-

File a case of blackmailing me and extracting money from me?

Or any any section relevant on the above facts?

NB :- I have record of entire back transfer with me which amounts to approx 5 lacs,the house hold items with her,have a list of them also.

Please advise.regards.....

you are an adult and so was she. you entered into a relationship with your eyes wide open.the money spent on her was voluntary. now that the relationship is over what are you upset about?? that she left you for another guy or that she is getting married. Let go of the relationship and move on in life..If you wash your dirty linen in public so will she.
