Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My daughter had got marriage in 2008 and applied for passport which was never issued. Due to some internal dispute divorce was taken place.

Now three years back she married again and now it applied for fresh passport but due to lack of knowledge/details it could not disclose the fact to Passport office.

Now passport office has charged for suppressing the facts and called for explanation. Kindly guide us in the matter.

you can hire a local expert criminal lawyer and get acquitted by taking defence that the non disclosure of facts were due to oversight and previous passport was never issued by passport dept so it was negligence of duty on part of passport officials.
