Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My daughter Ms. Prerna Shruti booked house hold goods to a packer at Bangaluru for transportation to patna.But those goods has not been delivered at patna even after lapse of two months. Ms. Shruti is now in New Zealand. I father of Ms. Shruti wants to file an FIR at Patna against the Packer and mover at patna.

Please inquire and make sure of mere transit material delivery asking through self retained cargo receipt number, along with counter POD (Proof Of Delivery) receipt at your end by confirming issue him a legal notice
