Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can a dealer be arrested if he has purchased goods from a person without knowledge that the person has stolen these goods?

If he proves that he was not having knowledge about goods are stolen one then he may save his skin else as per law anybody who sales or purchase stolen goods are equally liable for punishment.
