Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear All
After x partee decree other party attempt istagasa on me and now 249 A final date is confirm on the other side our X party degree order has been suspended from HC with 60 days direction so is there any impact on istagasa.
in istagasa they have blaimed on me that this amount is on sood rather they are itself signed the agreement with me and already 22 a 22 b rejected from ASJ then they will come to majesrate for istagasa in this case can u tell me what is the impact or there is no impact of cancel the decree
