Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear All
I have checked the status of istagasa still there is no evidence on any date except the person it self so how much time he have to submit the witness and one more thing please guide me.
In this istagasa the witness is tottaly fake so can i submit application against these persons in police that they are fake and trying to involve us in wrong cases is it possible
please guide me
