Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear All
One person have tries 3 time to registered wrong FIR on me and i will become succefully to stop this is there any remedy which i will use to punish this man except damages i dont want to go in damages i want to get writ and punish him is there any law please help me
