Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear experts please advice on the following statement:-

Having signed a token money against a plot, no other documents given or signed; after price negotiation failed the buyer based on that token receipt prepares a false stamp paper without sellers signatures sues for stay over that plot, the Question is can a FIR be launched against the buyer for his forceful grab of property without any agreement over price; moreover now seller doesn't want to sell to him (buyer) for his misdeeds and making of his own (seller) house.

you can lodge an FIR against him for making a forged stamp paper.
