Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Experts
I have checked the TA which he has moved aganinst the cases he said i dont have trust on 2 judges so combine all 3 cases in any other judge so this is his pre in front of session judge so now can anyone tell me what can i take the pre in order to stop this its just waistage of time

In order to save the precious time of yours and District and Sessions Judge. You may inform your lawyer to tell to the learned judge to send your case to any other competent judge. As i don't know about your case proposition, so i can't guide you at the moment but to say in the court to send the cases to any other competent jurisdiction judge in order to save the precious time.
