Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Experts Need your opinion
One party has registered istagasa on me "Money laundering act 2007" in front majestrate. Today i have get first notice from Police station and date is monday so what can i do now should i take bale before appearing or direct appear in the court with my lawyer.
Second thing already 22 a 22 b which he want to try to execute on me already dispose off from HC and session court then how istagasa accepted i cant understand so please help me what can i do now.
