Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

First of all i would like to thanks for helping me in all matters. TOday i have visited majestrate court for istagasa which other party has file against me. But due to leave ahlmad i would not be able to get complete file but initally i have checked the court file he has submitted the istagasa on 10 jan and next date is 8 feb and in court file where the column is offense in this row in front of my case is written offense 200 and also written next date for shahadat so i have following questions
1) on first date is judge issued notice or warrant or still he will w8 for other party shahadat
2) now what can i do should i appear on next date with counsil
please suggest

Dear, whether you have recieved any summons respecting such case to appear?
Most probably 8th of Fab is fixed for examination on oath of witnesses of the ISTIGHASA.
If court issues summons to you then you should appear with counsel and defend your case accordingly.
