Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Experts
I have istagasa copy now in this they have blame me that i have gave them money on sood so please register the case with offence money laundring non balable offence but in this they have written SHO has nothing do but we have all order HC and session court all courts has decide the decide in my favor right now the istagsa position is on "sarsari shahdat"
so can u please tell me should i appear right now or when final bahas will be conducted then i will appear
