I have one question. Is there any reference in which supreme court mention that in case of file RIT or petition pending does not impact any civil processing in civil court.

for more detail one party is admit rit in supreme court for stay against me in order 37 for stay but his rit is only registered in supreme court no notice no hearing in that seen he can take edge in session court that stop proceding in lower court please send me the any ref also thanks

Unless Supreme court has granted a stay order to stop proceedings, the lower court is not bound to stop proceedings.
