Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Experts
please help me in order to resolve my preposition. i have submitted order 37 in session court and other party all rights has been closed. In this matter they also go in Lahore HC rit aganinst restate the rights of close questioning but lahore high court has dismissed their application and today on the final spot of decision he has appeared in court and request to give one chance and they said that we are going in supereme court aganinst revision of hc disposed RIT. therefore judge has given this week for rit the supreme court my question is
1) That is supreme court reject the HC order ?
2) in order to submit RIT in Supreme court how much minimum time taken in this case?
