Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear all,

My husband was died on 23.03.19. Myself and 2.8 months old son was the legal heir.

My husband relatives forceful evict from my husband house and, unlawfully lock the house on 28.03.19

My husband's father, mother and elder brother were died in 2010 so no other blood relations.

I made police complaint on 28.03.19 but they did not take any action against the opposition, also I had escalated to assistant commissioner of police but no action taken.

Police and opposition claim to pay 8-10 lakhs in order to open the house. The reason for the claim was, some medical expenses was spent on my husband in the month of Feb 19 but they do not have any medical proof or bills.

Also, opposition want to make a document stating ‘House should not sell until my son(2.8 yrs) gets major. Such claim is legal??? They wanted to make document and register in court. If I do so, will I lose my legal rights on the property? Please help

Kindly help what are the options exist in order to recover procession and what rights exists to take action against the opposition through court(legal) and police channel.

Will it works, if we further escalate to commissioner of police to unlock the house

The opposition & Police action is completely unlawfully.

Thanks you

Muthu Lakshimi
