Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Lawyers,

I am writing this as there is no other way. My father (Mohan lal) and there elder brother(Tulsi Das) were living in colony (172/10 Vijay Nagar Kanpur) from their birth time. My Grandfather passed away 20 years ago and they have not handed over that colony to anyone. Till that for each brick there is always fight. Now Tulsi Das and their sons have crossed all the limit to take custody of that colony and they thrown away my parents with help of wrong stamp paper proof (Vasiat) and local police. Now each day police are putting pressure my family to handover that colony. My belongings are inside the colony and they are not allowing to enter in home.

My only question is if they had proof then why they have waited for so long. Also in that stamp paper there are not of things mentioned which is related to my new colony that we have bought before 4 years. based on this every body know that they made a fake stamp paper.

So request you to please guide me to uncurtains the truth and return my parents respect.
