DEAR /RESPECTED MADAM/SIR, DO YOU HAVE ANY JUDGEMENT RELATED TO FILE 499 IPC DEFAMATION AGAINST GIRL AND HIS PARENTS AFTER OLD TEACHERS GET ACQUITTAL IN FALSE CASE OF 498a (FILED BY GIRL AND HIS PARENTS). AS TEACHERS NEED TO FILE IPC 499 AGAINST GIRLS AND HIS PARENTS BUT COURT NEEDS THAT IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT RELATED TO SAME TO ISSUE NOTICE IN THIS REGARD. PLEASE HELP OLD TEACHER WHICH ARE FROM RURAL AREAS.

2) File the case through ur lawyer. Based on fact, court will deliver judgement.
