dear sir i am an advocate my self but i have a question i.e how can i take a prmit from the court to provide a dumb and deaf person as a witness

is the deaf and dumb person educated?? If yes then his affidavit can be filed.as for cross the court may allow an interpretter to understand the sign language .but this will be totally on the discretion of the court.
