Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir , as per your answer about succeeding of application section 340 in the high court filing by an advocate regarding the false and concealed name of total legal heirs name in affidavits in the L&DO and convert mutation in them name by benificiary of registered will legal heirs and get free hold and also sold throuugh sale deed to us but during the filing partition suit on property after the sale of this proprty LD mm was dismiss 156(3) on ground of false and concealed IO report that the property sold only on the base of registered will but my blame is on the seller they concealed other legal heirs name from affidavits and L&DO convert mutation on the behalf of false affidavvits and done free hold this property but there was question that if they file with full name of all legal heirrs who leave behind death of lessee then L&DO ask for NOC or Registerred will probation but benificary legal heirs are well planed and sold this property to us on base of false affidavits converted and free hold and said to other legal heirs ( non benificiary of registered will ) for filinng partition suit on properrty to herrase us then what can i do is it right way for filinng 340 in high court for justice or not or any other way for fast relief to me ?
