Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir, if the same case for logging FIR run in ld mm court and revision in the session court against the cheating case . can we fight in the both or choice one only out of two option if one choice then what is way fastest for loging FIR regarding false affidavits offense sold property to us by seller?
