Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir, I have been cheated from a company called Branding wheels, As they marketed me to purchase Brand new car under advertisement program as below by deposit of 45 thousand rupees,
Agreement is : They will stick some Company's advertisement stickers on my car and i have to use the car for 1500 km per month minimum so they will take care of my EMI for 3 years. But they have paid only 2 months EMI and now they telling they cant pay. Can you please advice me how can i approach in legal way..?

Dear client if u have proofs like agreement between u and company on paper signed by both parties then u can file case of cheating under sec 420 against company. For any legal help call me on 9604349028 or 8446247807
