greetings ,My dad meet with an accident and it was due to rash driving of the bike and we filed the case against the accused ,its being 2 years still case is pending and the accused is free roaming .pls advice as it in mangalore

you filed the case to register the FIR or under MACT act.

I think it would be under MACT act wherein you get compensation only and it takes little time to procure evidence etc.
