Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

dear sir , my ex-partner had lodge online FIR against me by saying that I along with 3 other people robbed him on road by showing weapon to him and took 130000 from him.Police is not lodging FIR against me as i am respectable business man and also paying bills of more than 7000000 -8500000 a month and many other Sales tax and income tax . I have my own VTI orieal honda civic ( 2013) and many Platinium credit cards with credit limit of more than 3000000 .

Police is also declaring me in their report that online FIR was lodge on basis of malifide and to malice me and no such event in fact had happend.

Complainant is saying that he will go to session court under 22A against police for not lodging FIR against me

My question is that what remedy do i have if session court orders to lodge FIR against me under 17 ( 3 ) haraba.As i am innocent , not guilty and has got reputation as well in business circles ( as i pay million of Rupees bills and taxes ) and moreover police investiagation reports is also in my favor.why would i snatch 130000 from my ex-partner ? The whole aim of lodging his fake FIR and 22A is to compel me to have compromise and would then ask me for a particular amount of money in exchange of compensation .

Please explain will i be able to get Confirm BBA if FIR is lodge against me under 17 ( 3 ) haraba , keeping in view my credit worthiness ,business reputation and Police investigation report.( If any case law is available please provide )
