Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear sir my ex-wife file a police application against me and my father which was found false during police inquiry , then she move 22 A application which was rejected by the Session court in the month of feb2018. at that time I am not aware of 182 PPc clause. Now she is again threatening me and my father to file again a false case my question is can I still file 182 against her for false police application or is there a time limit for that.
