Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
A false case of betrayal and cheating is pending on me.a girl gave that f.i.r before 4 years.i surrender myself after i getting a bail order from high court.it is pending yet.now i am preparing for govt jobs.will it effect on my job if i get any at the nearest?i am very much worried about it and can't concentrate on my study.please suggest me.

yes it can affect your carrier, if you will be punished in this case and you also have to provide detail of the above case in the form column make for this purpose.
