Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir, an FIR (498a and others) is lodged against me but I am not chargesheeted yet. Now, I have to fill up a recruitment form having a question "if any case is pending against you in any court of law?" I am confused if I have to answer it yes or no as I am not chargesheeted.

Pl check the status of the FIR. lf it is under investigation, then it is better to disclose.

you have to provide this case details but i think recruiters will not take it otherwise. Coz it is a usual case.
