Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir, one of my freind taken some money to start a business, he have started business stating he will share the profit but after two years he running business in good condition but he is not my money back or sharing profit, i do not have any contract but i have transfered money through the bank and have some explaining Email. please guide me what to at this point of time.
