Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir, as per my inquiry you advice me for proceeding first in session court for revision 156(3) in cheating case false affidavits against accused and also we could not file stay in mm court and session court for mainatbility of complaint under secion 200 crpc and there was date coming soon in the court of mm for avidance and both case based on cheating through false affidavits with us in single case but two diffrent advocate fight in both court mm and session . mm court advocate say us for proceeding evidance start but he said first you withdraw your revision form session and session advocate say we took stay in mm court and continued in session court but defanders advocate say to judge in session court that petitioners advocate could not send legible document and judge give him date to date but our advocate could not complete the fomality of court order and we are suffered both way kindly give us right suggestion how can we deal with advocates for taking justice fast because if the our advocate could not full fill formality of court then how judge take judgment after argumennt . and can we fight in both space of court mm and session ?
