dear sir i was purchased a property through sale deed and seller sold us that property on basis of false concealed affidavits total legal heirs name in the affidavit and on behalf of them favor registered will in the mutated from L&DO and converted into free hold and get coeyance deed in them favor but other legal heirs are not knowingly by us un till the taken physical possession and untill taken objection raise by legal heirs , when the otherr legal heirr came out from cave and objection for construction of said property to us and threatening us then we file caviate in court and issue legal notice to seller for inquari of other legal heirr and sellers advocate reply that they are no of total legal heirs and they can defence untill last breath our sale deed and if department demand fresh affidavits then they can change but other legal heirs are file partition suit on property and taken status quo and make us defendant now we file complaint and 156 in court but court dissmissed on ground that there was civil suit run you cant proceed this case and now we file revission in session and filing 340 in high court for taken order to logging FIr , Dear sir is it possible that court give us justice on that case for logging cheatinng case on false concealed affidavits based mutated free hold property sold us and make us fool?

However, a criminal prosecution may not give you any rights in the property or refund of amount paid by you.
