Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear sir, my question is that some one given me threats against which i have registered report in the local police station and the local police has charged the accused under section 506 and after arrest he is now on bail but instead of bail he is has been giving me life threats , what further steps i should take against him so that he is punished by court.
