dear sir, my revision after dismiss in ld mm court now run in session court and in the court of ld mm maintability of complaint run 200 crpc agaisnt false affidavits based mutated free hold and sold through sale deed proprty to us and also civil partion suit run in high court between non benificiary of registered will legal heirs and benificiary of registered will and make as a party and high court order for status qo now , my new advocate want to file section 340 in high court is it possible that we succeed for logging Fir against sellerr for false affidavits filing inn govt departmetn and sold properrty and otherr legal heir s are filing partition suit and apeal for forged documents in the court.

There is no FIR in a matter U/s.340 Cr.P.C.

If you succeed in such a proceeding, then the Court or a person authorised by Court will file a complaint in the Court in whose jurisdiction offence was committed.
