Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir, if the revision is running in the session court along with running in 200 crpc in the court of ld mm then now we taken start evidence for ordered of FIR against cheating case during run the session revision under next date or before go in Ldmm court 200 crpc proceeding the evidence case we bound to withdraw the session rev ion or other way can we taken stay in the session court for revision during ldmm court proceeding under 200 crpc. ????????
