Dear Sir,

please help me out that my sister in law ( bhabi) not giving the money back what i send every month by cheque as purpose of BC bez i want lumsum amount to purchase the flat total amount 120000 & she given be back only 60000 after 2 year now she is telling all are paid noting is due.

kindly give the suggestion how to recover the money bez i have to give to my builder payment

if you have lend the money through cheque, then its a proof and you can file a suit for recovery of money. for further assistance mail at [email protected]
