Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sir
I have been forced by a money lender to pay her 21 cheques for coming 21 years but i have already paid the borrowed amount of Rs.1200000. but now she is depositing cheques in the bank and it is bouncing as i do not have funds in the bank so i an facing tow cases of 138 NIA every year.She has also forced me by Police to sign a MoU reading that i have to pay her 42 Lacs. I have also challanged the MoU also filed a Private complaint in the court. So pls advice me what should i do to?

Need to see the MOU as well how have you paid the amount...............???

on what basis is she claiming her money and on what ground has she mentioned in her petition............

after knowing the details then only detail can be explained...
